Wine Club Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in our wine club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your membership, billing, and cancellation.
Membership Commitment
All wine club memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) full billing cycles from the date of enrollment. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis after the initial commitment period until you choose to cancel.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial three (3) full billing cycles have been completed. To cancel, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before your next scheduled billing date.
If you choose to cancel your membership before completing the minimum three (3) full billing cycles, you will be charged for the remaining months of the commitment. This charge will be made to your payment method on file.
Wine Points
Wine points are credited to your account for any eligible charges. These points will remain on your account until they are used, even in the event of cancellation. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Loss of Membership Benefits
Upon cancellation of your wine club membership, you will immediately lose all associated membership benefits, including but not limited to, complimentary tastings, special pricing, exclusive offers, and event invitations.
Membership Revocation
We reserve the right to deny, revoke, or otherwise refuse a membership at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Acceptance of Terms
By becoming a member of the wine club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
