Our Pinot Gris is a perfect balance of acidity and softness.  It will go great on a hot summer day as a wine to be shared.  It's ideal with crab, muscles, or a pasta salad.  It would even go well with a strawberry shortcake.

This bold red blend has cherry, cranberry notes and a very subtle leather touch and light oak accents.  Our winemaker hand selected a variety of grapes to craft this decadent red blend. 1/3 Merlot and equal parts Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo come together to make this a very well rounded red blend.

Toasted Cow Red Blend 7th Edition (Library Wine)
