Our Toasted Cow Red Blend, 4th Edition Library, has been brought back "out of the barn" after aging over 10 years. This wine has mellowed and offers an amazing flavor profile.
Our Malbec displays a rich tapestry of dark fruit flavors complemented by vibrant acidity, underpinned by firm tannins and culminating in a smooth, persistent finish.
This bold red blend has cherry, cranberry notes and a very subtle leather touch and light oak accents. Our winemaker hand selected a variety of grapes to craft this decadent red blend. 1/3 Merlot and equal parts Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo come together to make this a very well rounded red blend.
