Our Pinot Gris is a perfect balance of acidity and softness. It will go great on a hot summer day as a wine to be shared. It's ideal with crab, muscles, or a pasta salad. It would even go well with a strawberry shortcake.
I’d swear I was sipping a Moscato d’Asti if this wine had bubbles. It does not start that way, however. It begins with a mildly oxidized quality similar to a Savagnin from Jura. Other aromas include wet slate and limoncello. The flavors are all lemon-lime soda, backed by lively acidity.
