Our Rosé of Pinot Noir has hints of Hood Strawberries and a delicate floral scent of Jasmine. The palate has a strawberry cream mouth feel with a soft finish. This Rosé will pair well with any grilled meats and cheesecake for dessert.

I’d swear I was sipping a Moscato d’Asti if this wine had bubbles. It does not start that way, however. It begins with a mildly oxidized quality similar to a Savagnin from Jura. Other aromas include wet slate and limoncello. The flavors are all lemon-lime soda, backed by lively acidity.
